DIGITTRIX ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users, especially children. This Privacy Policy governs your use of our mobile applications, including apps published under Apple’s Kids Category.
1. Children's Privacy & COPPA Compliance
Our Kids Category applications are designed for children under the age of 13. We strictly comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- We DO NOT knowingly collect, store, or solicit personally identifiable information (PII) from children under 13.
- We DO NOT collect location tracking data, contact lists, or unique persistent identifiers for user profiling or behavioral tracking in apps designated for children.
2. Third-Party Services & Advertising Policies
To maintain and support our applications, we utilize select third-party services. In our Kids Category applications, these services are configured to maximize child safety:
A. Google AdMob (Contextual Advertising)
We serve third-party advertising via Google AdMob strictly under child-directed constraints:
- All ad requests are programmatically flagged for Child-Directed Treatment (TFCD / COPPA compliant).
- The Maximum Ad Content Rating is strictly restricted to "G" (General Audience).
- We explicitly block sensitive ad categories, behavioral targeting, and remarketing.
- All ad creatives served are subject to human review by the provider to ensure absolute age-appropriateness for young children.
B. Firebase Authentication
For applications offering account generation, Firebase Auth is utilized strictly to facilitate secure app access. We do not use this data for marketing, tracking, or cross-app profiling.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Because we do not collect personal data from children, we do not retain child-specific personal identifiers on our servers. Any technical data used by third-party SDKs for contextual operations (such as frequency capping) is handled entirely by the provider under strict child-safety protocols and is deleted automatically when no longer operationally required.
4. User Rights
Parents and legal guardians retain the absolute right to contact us regarding their child's privacy. If you believe we have inadvertently collected any data from a child under 13, contact us immediately at support@digittrix.com, and we will delete it permanently within 24 hours.
